Sturgeon Bay Library

We have been here many many times since moving to the area, but we only just now took a picture of ourselves in front of it 😂 Many fond memories have been made here: going to the library book sale, finishing the 2nd half of Candide on the couch upstairs, helping a local org with their newsletter, renting the public pass to the Maritime Museum in town, just to name a few.

Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Library

We stopped here after I met up with a local org leader to help with their newsletter at Happy Coffee nearby! Ended up renting 4 movies, including the first Creed so we can get started on that series 🥊

Baileys Harbor Library

We stopped here right before they closed and managed to snag a cool tote bag with a map of the Door County Library system!

Egg Harbor Library

This was the day we decided to go to the libraries in both Egg Harbor and Ephraim! We went upstairs to check out the Kress Pavilion! It has a great view of the water.

Ephraim Library

This was the day we decided to go to the libraries in both Egg Harbor and Ephraim! I checked out The Color of Law, which was a tough read. Mostly we remember this library as the tiniest one we had ever visited!

Washington Island Library

This was a tiny library just like Ephraim's! It was tough to find a day to go see this one because it's only open on weekdays, but we really liked the room at the back where more natural light filtered through. The library also shared a building with a community center, which was unique.
